Dillard Construction Group is a fully licensed and insured commercial, industrial, and residential sitework specialist.
We provide full sitework packages on commercial and industrial development projects, expansions, and renovations. A typical scope for our sitework projects include clearing and grubbing, grading, retaining walls, stormwater installation and maintenance, sewer, water, curb and gutter, stone subgrade, site concrete, asphalt, finish grading, and landscaping installation.
In addition, we provide unlimited general contractor services on select commercial and industrial projects. Currently, our geographic work area typically is in the Upstate of South Carolina in Greenville, Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, Spartanburg, Cherokee, Union, Abbeville, and Laurens Counties.
OUR PEOPLE
BRIAN DILLARD
As founder and partner, Brian has a civil engineering background with a bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Finance from Clemson University and a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University. Brian's career prior to Dillard Construction Group included commercial real estate investment brokerage with CBRE and Dillard Property Group. A resident of Greenville, SC, Brian is married with 2 sons and enjoys golf and snow skiing.
NATE DILLARD
Nate Dillard is a partner in Dillard Construction Group and has a diverse background running large-scale commercial construction projects. Nate was formally Superintendent for a commercial general contractor and managed projects from $2 million to $55 million. Nate also has years of experience with a regional asphalt paving contractor and has an in-depth knowledge of site asphalt, concrete, ADA, and subgrade considerations. A resident of Easley, SC, Nate is a veteran of the US Marine Corps. He is married with 3 daughters and 1 son.
