Brian Dillard — Founder & Partner
Brian holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a minor in Finance and a Master's in Real Estate Development, both from Clemson University. Before founding DCG, he worked in commercial real estate investment brokerage at CBRE and at Dillard Property Group — which means he's sat on the owner's side of the table and knows what developers actually need from a site contractor: real numbers, real schedules, and no surprises. Brian lives in Greenville with his wife and two sons.
Nate Dillard — Partner
Nate is a United States Marine Corps veteran and the reason "veteran-owned" is on our letterhead. Formerly a superintendent for a commercial general contractor, he managed projects from $2 million to $55 million, then spent years with a regional asphalt paving contractor. His depth in site asphalt, concrete, ADA, and subgrade is the field standard every DCG crew is held to. Nate lives in Easley, SC.

Dillard Construction Group started in 2018 with a simple observation from both sides of the industry: developers were tired of stitching three subcontractors together to get one site built, and good field crews were tired of working for companies that ran on guesswork.
So we built the contractor we wished existed — one company that self-performs the full package from clearing to striping, prices work off engineering instead of instinct, and runs its fleet, maintenance, and job costing on modern software instead of a whiteboard.
Today DCG serves nine Upstate counties from our Greenville headquarters, carries a 4.7-star customer rating, and holds an unlimited license because the work kept getting bigger. The plan is simple: keep doing what got us here, at whatever scale the Upstate keeps growing.
