School district summer paving
Multiple campuses, one summer. School paving is a schedule problem before it is a paving problem: the lot has to carry buses again the morning the doors open, and there is no extension.

Why It Mattered
The part that was hard.
A school district does not buy asphalt, it buys a finished lot on a fixed date. Campus work is built backwards from the first day of school, and that is the date we schedule and staff to.
Sealcoating and striping in the same visit as the repair work is the part districts actually want: one mobilization, one closure, one invoice, and a lot that looks new rather than patched.
