How fast can you turn a bid around?
Send the plans and the bid date. For a site package we normally return a number inside two business days, and we will tell you straight away if we cannot make your date.
Can we get a COI naming us as additional insured?
Yes, per project. Send the insurance requirements with the ITB and we will have the certificate issued with the correct additional-insured and waiver language.
What is your bonding capacity?
Available on request with our capability information. We are insured; the number depends on the project and is a conversation with our surety.
Do you subcontract the site scope?
Not the earthwork package. Clearing, demolition, grading, storm, utilities, curb, concrete and asphalt are our own crews and our own equipment. Specialty items that need a separate licence — asbestos abatement, for instance — go to a licensed specialist we sequence around and manage.
Which counties will you travel to?
Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, Laurens, Cherokee and Greenwood. We have worked outside that footprint when the job warranted it — ask.
