Send plans and your bid date. We look at them promptly and tell you whether we are bidding and exactly when you will have our number — and if we cannot make your date, you hear that first, not on bid day.
Prequal without the chase
COI with your additional-insured language, W-9, license and capability information — requested on the bid form. Our own documents go out the same or next business day; certificates come from our agent, so they follow their turnaround.

How fast can you turn a bid around?
Send the plans and the bid date. We review them promptly and confirm whether we are bidding and the date you will have our number; if we cannot make your date, we tell you straight away.
Can we get a COI naming us as additional insured?
Yes, per project. Send the insurance requirements with the ITB and we will have the certificate issued with the correct additional-insured and waiver language.
What is your bonding capacity?
Available on request with our capability information. We are insured; the number depends on the project and is a conversation with our surety.
Do you subcontract the site scope?
Not the earthwork package. Clearing, demolition, grading, storm, utilities, curb, concrete and asphalt are our own crews and our own equipment. Specialty items that need a separate licence — asbestos abatement, for instance — go to a licensed specialist we sequence around and manage.
Which counties will you travel to?
Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, Laurens, Cherokee and Greenwood. We have worked outside that footprint when the job warranted it — ask.
