Good iron. Real leadership. Home for dinner.
DCG is a veteran-owned crew working eight Upstate counties — close enough that you're not living out of a hotel. If you take pride in dirt work or blacktop, we'd like to meet you.
Why DCG
What it's like to work here.
Maintained Equipment
Every machine on a preventive-maintenance schedule. You run iron that works — not iron that's "getting looked at next week."
Local Work
Eight Upstate counties, home most nights. No three-week out-of-state shutdowns.
Leadership That's Done It
A partner who superintended $55M projects, and a Marine Corps standard for how a site should run.
Room to Grow
We're a growing company, not a family lifestyle business. Operators become foremen here.
Open Roles
Who we're hiring.
Don't see your role? Send your info anyway — good people don't wait for job postings and neither do we.
