Demolition and site clearing.
Buildings, slabs, pavement and everything under them. We take the old site down and, on most jobs, build the new one — so whatever is buried under that slab is our problem to solve, not a change order.
What comes down.
- ✓Commercial and industrial building demolition
- ✓Restaurant and retail structure removal
- ✓Concrete slab, foundation and footing removal
- ✓Existing asphalt and curb removal
- ✓Interior and selective demolition
- ✓Land clearing, grubbing and stump removal
- ✓Utility abandonment and capping
- ✓Debris separation, recycling and haul-off
- ✓Erosion control and site stabilization after demolition
| Typical projects | Commercial buildings, restaurant and retail pads, mill structures, slabs and existing pavement |
|---|---|
| Permitting | We pull the demolition permit and coordinate utility disconnects as part of our scope |
| Regulated | Surveyed before we mobilize; abated by a licensed specialist, and we pick the structure up after clearance |
| Debris | Concrete and masonry separated for recycling where the haul makes sense; disposal tickets provided at closeout |
| Best paired with | The replacement site package — grading, utilities, concrete, asphalt |

Redevelopment sites lie to you.
Everything you are about to build sits on top of something somebody else buried — old footings, an abandoned grease line, a water service nobody mapped. When the same company does the demolition and the sitework, those surprises get found by our operator on our schedule, and solved instead of negotiated.
One contract
Demo and the replacement site package under the same number, so nobody hands off a hole in the ground.
Our own iron
Excavators, dozers and hammers are ours. Rock and unexpected footings are a production question, not a renegotiation.
Clean handoff
The pad is stabilized, graded and ready for the next trade, with erosion control in place before we leave.

What owners ask.
Do you handle the permits and utility disconnects?
Yes. Demolition permitting, utility disconnect coordination and the erosion-control measures that have to be in place first are part of the scope we carry.
What about asbestos or hazardous material?
A licensed abatement contractor handles regulated material, and the survey happens before we start. We sequence around their work and pick the structure up after clearance.
Can you demolish and then build the new site?
That is the normal way we work. Demolition, grading, utilities, concrete and asphalt on one contract means the things we find under the old slab are our problem to solve, not a change order from a departed sub.
How do you handle the debris?
Concrete and masonry are separated and hauled to a recycler where the haul makes sense; the rest goes to a permitted landfill, and disposal tickets come with the closeout package.
