Can you finish inside a summer break?
That is how we schedule this work. Campus paving is a date problem before it is a paving problem — the lot has to carry buses the morning the doors open, and there is no extension.
Can you do repair, sealcoat and striping in one mobilization?
Yes, and that is usually what a district wants: one closure, one crew, one invoice, and a lot that looks new instead of patched.
Do you handle ADA compliance?
Yes — ADA parking counts, access aisles, ramps and truncated domes are part of the scope, and they are where most campus lots fail an audit.
Are you insured and licensed for school work?
Licensed SC GC #122431, Group 5 unlimited, and insured — general liability, auto and workers’ compensation. Certificates naming the district as additional insured are issued per project.
