Concrete driveways and flatwork
Drives, aprons, parking pads, walkways and patios. Poured and finished by our own crew, so the finish is consistent.
Grading and drainage
Regrading a yard that holds water, swales, pipe, outlet structures and riprap. This is the commercial skill applied at house scale.
Retaining walls
Block and boulder walls to hold a bank and give you back usable yard, engineered where the height calls for it.
Stone and gravel drives
Graded, based and topped with the right aggregate so it stays put instead of washing into the road.
Clearing and stump removal
Trees, brush and stumps cleared, hauled off, and the ground left graded rather than rutted.

What homeowners ask.
Do you pave asphalt driveways for homes?
Residential asphalt is not what we do. Our home work is concrete and stone drives, grading, drainage and retaining walls. If you want an asphalt drive we would rather point you to a residential paving specialist than sell you the wrong crew.
Is there a minimum project size?
Yes. Mobilizing an excavator and a crew has a floor, so very small repairs are usually not worth what we would have to charge. Call and we will tell you straight if your job is too small for us to price fairly.
Can you fix a drainage problem in my yard?
That is one of the things we are genuinely good at. Regrading, swales, pipe, outlet structures and riprap — the same work we do on commercial sites, at house scale.
Do you do the concrete yourselves?
Yes. Flatwork, drives, patios and slabs are our own crew, which is why the finish is consistent.
Are you licensed and insured?
We hold SC General Contractor licence #122431, Group 5 unlimited (verify it at SC LLR), and carry general liability and workers’ compensation. Our home work is site scope — concrete, grading, drainage and walls — not residential building. If your job needs a residential builder, we will tell you and point you to one.
