The people, the equipment, and how the work gets run.
- ✓Engineering-led. Founded and run by a Clemson-trained civil engineer — takeoffs, grades and drainage are checked against the calcs, not just the plans.
- ✓Field leadership with scale. Our field leadership ran commercial projects from $2M to $55M before founding DCG, and runs every site to that schedule and QC standard.
- ✓Our own equipment. Our trucks run on GPS telematics, with the rest of the fleet coming onto it — maintenance on schedule and machines where the schedule says they will be.
- ✓One crew, one schedule. Grading, utilities, concrete and paving are all in-house, so each phase starts when the one before it is ready.
