Restaurant demolition and redevelopment
A closed sit-down restaurant on a busy commercial strip, coming down to make room for a new quick-service pad. Demolition and the replacement site package under one contract. Work started in September 2026 and is underway now.

The part that was hard.
Redevelopment sites are the hardest kind of dirt work: everything you are about to build sits on top of something somebody else buried. Old footings, an abandoned grease line, a water service nobody mapped.
Doing the demolition ourselves means we find those things with our own machine and our own operator, on our own schedule — not as a change order from a demo sub who has already left the site.
