Why It Mattered
The part that was hard.
Upstate ground hides rock, and rock is where site budgets die. We own the excavators and the hammer, so when we find it, it is a production question for us instead of a change-order negotiation.
One contract covered everything from the first tree to the last stripe, which is the whole reason a developer calls a self-performing site contractor in the first place.
