Messaging Terms

These are the terms for text messages between Dillard Construction Group and you. Plain version first: we only text you if you asked us to, we only text you about your own project, and you can stop it with one word.

Who is texting you

How you opt in

You give consent by ticking the box on our estimate request or job application form, or by texting us first. That box is never ticked for you, and it is never required — if you leave it alone we will call or email you instead. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us or of being considered for a job.

What we send

Messages about the request you sent us: scheduling a site walk, confirming a start date, answering a question, following up on an estimate, or arranging an interview. Message frequency varies with your project — there is no campaign and no newsletter. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not sell, rent or share your phone number with anyone.

How you stop it

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (864) 400-2223. You can also just tell whoever you are talking to.

Costs

We do not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your own carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
