One contractor, demolition to striping.
The old building came down in the last days of July 2025 — the demolition photos are dated the 30th and 31st — and the cleared site went straight to the same crews for the new pad.
No handoff between a demolition contractor and a site contractor. When one company does both, whatever an old building leaves in the ground is found by its own operator before the pad goes in, not discovered later by somebody else.
